Private Media Group Signs Global Licensing Agreement

17 March, 2006 - Barcelona, Spain Private Media Group Inc. (Nasdaq NM: PRVT - News) and Zemtex Medical today announced the launch of a new global condom brand under the PRIVATE trademark.

It is intended that the products will represent a preferable choice for consumers, the brand being synonymous with quality and experience. The Brand will not only represent awareness that condoms are an essential part of a safe sex strategy, but also an important lifestyle choice. The range will include not only the traditional standard lubricated products but also a combination product aimed at enhancing the sexual experience for women. It is the intention that this product will become a leading global brand in a sector currently worth in excess of €1bn. Utilising Private Media Group’s extensive, existing distribution network as well as its own, Zemtex will have access to over 1 million sales points worldwide.
